I have had to threaten Managers to be out of the office by 7.00pm at night, that I would have security turn off the power. I do not endorse anyone…

Office Manager

OK place to work to start ur dental career of u have noother choices

Felt great at beginning as u just started, but later you will feel overworked and not get payed enough, they sent u everywhere to cover the office. The bonus system sound great on paper, but does not work that well in reality, u need to work super hard in order to get it.

Fast pace growing company. ave respect to CEO but sometime middle management can not deliver msg as it comes from top. Over all I enjoy my job

Aspen Dental is growing company. It’s fast paced. Have respect to CEO but sometime middle management can not deliver msg as it comes from top. Over all I enjoy my job.

Good starting point for a new grad

Aspen Dental has the infrastructure to see a lot of patients which, helps you gain familiarity with your skill set as a new provider. My experience was mostly favorable however, VERY stressful and chaotic. Burn out rate is high. Workload is A LOT. Upper management/every team member is constantly being stretched thin and it shows.

It is all about money at this company. Very unprofessional. Worked there for 5 yrs. I regretted every day of it

You are not compensated fairly at all. Your compensation is 16-20% out of net production which means they take all the office expenses. Then you get 16% out of that. It’s a joke. You have to produce at least 150-200k in order to make a good living. Be careful out there.

You get out of it what you put into it. The aspens with owner docs are very good

Aspen has allowed me growth beyond my wildest dreams. The aspens with owner dentists in them are definitely better than the unowned ones but other than that it is a very good company.

Positive

I have worked with the company for few years and can’t say anything negative. There is always someone to reach out to if help is needed. If you have personal issues I have found supervisors to be understanding and accommodating.

Positive work experience

I have worked with the company for few years and can’t say anything negative. There is always someone to reach out to if help is needed. My mentors have always been supportive of me, allowed me to control my own schedule and work at my pace while I was starting out. I was never pressed on metrics and I worked in different locations.
